So, here we are, Sunday Morning, and we are due to start tomorrow, so I thought we could just have a look at my gear. Like they say, you can run in anything, and so I have bought a new pair of Asic stability trainers, just for fun.
Here we go
I have some base layers and some cycling tops which will be fine for this type of training as well as leggings and shorts. As this is just week one , there is no bike to worry about and I have loaded week one of Laura into my mp3 player and I’m all set. I’ve also set up a mapmyrun account to record my exploits.
